History:
Francis has over 12 years of experience in fitness with extensive knowledge in multiple training techniques. His background includes competitive football, as well as body sculpting and strength training.

As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer his understanding of the human body has enabled him to design customized programs that will meet each individuals goals. He will help you sculpt your body to its fullest potential. He is passionate about helping each of his clients. Physical Transformation is his Specialty.
He is available for both in gym training, as well as in home personal training. If your sick of being stuck in doors or you just don't like the gym we can try some thing a little different and train out doors (parks, beaches etc)
Francis offers his personal training service throughout Dublin City and County.
